Days of Service at the Yerwood Center in Stamford
on April 3 & April 24, 2010

April is the Harvard Alumni Association Global Month of Service and the Club is pleased to participate with Harvard clubs around the world. This year the Club will be volunteering at the Yerwood Center in Stamford on both April 3rd and April 24th. The Yerwood Center is a community resource center focused on providing youth with educational and personal development opportunities. Volunteers will assist high school students with resume preparation for either summer or full-time jobs. No special skills are needed beyond a general knowledge of resume format and content requirements and an interest in helping disadvantaged youth learn about professional expectations and job interview preparation. Volunteering on each of April 3rd and April 24th will begin at 9:00 a.m. The Yerwood Center is located at 90 Fairfield Avenue in Stamford. For more information or to register for either day, please visit:
